How do I clear the contacts, messages, etc. out of my Motorola phone?
With a sim card inserted, go to Menu-->Settings-->Advanced-->Restore Defaults-->Code is 000000 (six zeros)
for older models (i58, i88) go to Menu-->Settings-->Initial Setup-->Master Clear-->Code is 000000 (six zeros)

Please do the above before selling your used Motorola Nextel phones to us. Also, please make sure the phones are no longer associated with your service account.

To clear blackberries, treos, and misc. cell phones by LG, Sanyo, Samsung, etc. please consult your user manual, or the manufacturer's web site, or if you're still having trouble, contact us!

Yes, shipping is free! Simply box up your phones, email us, and we will promptly email you a pre-paid shipping label to put on your box. IMPORTANT: Please include a packing slip with your order and make sure the used Nextel and Sprint phones you are selling us are no longer active on your account! Thanks.

What about my phone accessories?
Though we cannot pay you for them, we will happily accept them as donations so we can properly recycle them. Our competitors expect you to recycle them yourselves!

When can I expect to receive my money?
Did you include a Packing Slip? Then you should receive your check within 21 days. Oftentimes much sooner than that! However, if for some reason an evaluation is taking longer than usual, we will notify you immediately. Not including a packing slip or proper contact info could severely delay processing.
